We work with machines and materials that can be dangerous for people who work with them. It is important to us to keep these risks as small as possible. Personal protective equipment and compliance with safety guidelines play a major role for us and are a must. This is the only way to create the safe and stress-free working environment that we strive for.

It is not only in the workshop that it is important to us how people are treated. We value respectful interaction on an equal footing so that people are not disadvantaged. In our supply chains, too, we take strict care not to become part of the problem we are trying to combat. The well-being of people is always our main focus: without that, everything else loses its value.

We are being shown more and more urgently how much environmental protection has to do with social responsibility. The consequences of climate change and environmental pollution often hit the sections of society that have the least the hardest. In addition, these sections of society themselves have a much smaller footprint. We feel responsible too.
